Common Questions

Questions Families Often Ask

What is non-medical home care?
Non-medical home care provides help with daily living — companionship, personal care, homemaking, meals, errands, and transportation — in the comfort of home. It does not include skilled medical services such as nursing procedures or therapy. If your loved one needs skilled medical care, we're happy to help you understand your options.
How many hours of care can we schedule?
As few or as many as you need. Many families start with a few hours a week and adjust over time; others need full-time or 24-hour, live-in support. We build a flexible schedule around your loved one.
How does payment work?
The Hills Premium Services is a private-pay agency. We'll walk you through rates clearly during your free consultation so there are no surprises.
How do you choose a caregiver for us?
After a free in-home assessment, we thoughtfully match a caregiver to your loved one's needs, personality, and routine — and we stay in touch to make sure it's a great fit.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Tempe, Gilbert, Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, Sun City, Goodyear, and nearby communities. See our Service Areas page.
